Are you rebuilding the engine then use your service manual under specs. If you want engine horsepower and torque the same manual should have that listed also. depinds upone what engine /options.

1989, 350, TBI, 9.8:1 compression , 195 HP @ 4200 rpm , 295 ft lbs torque @ 2400 RPM
