Age is just a number as long as both of you are legal - which you are. There is nothing wrong with you finding her attractive or interesting - just keep in mind that no matter how 'mature' she is she is only 20 - which means she is not going to have the life experience and knowledge of someone who is older. If you are ok with that and keep that in mind then go for it.
You should keep in mind that you are probably at different stages in life - you might be ready for something solid in a relationship, while she might just want to date - or vice versa. You should be honest with her about what you are looking for.

Well I am 22 and three of my friends who are my age are with 30 year old men. Two of them married and one in a long term committed relationship. It appears to work pretty well for them. I think it all depends on the two people in the relationship.
My parents are 15 years apart in age and have been together for over 20 years.

It doesn't matter as long as you get along, have things in common and same goals. But do not expect a 20 year old to have the same goals in 5 years that she has now. 20 is very young, even if they act older they do not have the life experience we get as we get older.
When I was 22 I was engaged to a man who was 32.. We got along wonderfully, but after months of dating and moving in together, I realized that relationship was not right for me. Two weeks after I moved out I met my husband and we have been together 23 years..
Play it by ear, but don't expect anything..

Not at all. If she is more mature than her age she may very well find you very attractive and interesting as well.

Nothing's wrong. Women mature faster than men anyway.

it's not wrong, unless if you or her have an commitment, then I'll be cheating.... but if you're single, it doesn't matter the age difference ;)
