If you can find out if any vendors (places like McDonalds or Burger King - fast food restaurants) are opening there for that period of time, you might want to see if you can apply for a job with them.
Beginning a business takes money. If you have some resources to work with, go to your local bank, library, market and ask how they got started in their business.
In the United States the small Business Administration has enlisted retired business owners to volunteer a couple of hours a week to advise those who want to start their own business.
The advice I was once given by the person who was going to give me such an appointment said I should write what I wanted to do on paper and also the plan I had for achieving those plans.
You need to consider all kinds of things. If you are going to prepare and sell food on your own, you have to have proper refrigeration and supplies. This costs and so does the place you locate your stand.
This is my reason for suggesting that you attempt to apply to one of the established fast food restaurants. They will have good business as everyone knows them and you won't have to come up with capitol (money) which you can lose if you don't do things the right way. Good luck.

I'd say get some t shirts, pens, key chains, magnets, all of that stuff made. A computer mouse pad, too. They would probably sell big time.
