Well have you got a job? do you have a budgett, you need to work out your money by using a budget, make a list of what you have to pay in debts and see what's left over and the budget that as expenditure and what your gonna spend it on and how much you can save for the rainy day

because you are not a financial success. you should get off your butt and work and/or find something that generates far more money than you can spend. if you can't do that (like I can), then go spare-changing in front of the GAP.
