Paul McCartney, although it was his father that wrote the piano line. (Yes, you read that right.) He used to play it on the piano when Paul was a little boy. Paul would cheer, "Dad, you wrote a song!", and his father would answer, "Paul, I didn't write it, I just made it up."

"Sir James Paul McCartney" ~ born June 18th, 1942 .....I use to celebrate all of the Beatles birthdays when I was a kid~~~ My best to Paul....I hope he has a real chuckle out of this...but he has no grand children...so sadly....no "Vera, Chuck and Dave...." *wink*
