UNDER, UNDER, UNDER!!!! If you put it under you can tear it off, if you put it over it just keeps coming and you have to hold it with your other hand to pull it off. I have 3 sons.....i don't want them touching TP i'm gonna be using!

Category Higher Education, Question: toilet tissue over or under.
What does this say about the status of higher learning in today´s world.

Definently OVER... It's too difficult to get ahold of it if it's under, because the end of the tissue is usually hiding on the back side when it's put on the roller that way. Then, you reach behind the roll to get the end piece & could possibly get a sharp slither of panelling stuck between your finger & your fingernail. (been there)

That's actually a first year psych question. My answer was, neither. I leave it on the counter beside the toilet so I don't have to twist my back to reach it.
