If I understand you correctly ... you are currently running a
Human Resource agency such as Manpower here in the U.S.

If you are looking for clients in the U.S., I would suggest you
partner with someone here in the USA that has an excellent
command of the language and can handle recommendations.

I'm just curious as to what type clients you would be looking
for here. Unless, you mean that you are trying to place people
from India in U.S. jobs instead.

you should set up a web page, and get the url out to as many prospects as you can. That is how I am trying to make my business grow.
