Exercise won't do it alone. Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

eat a high protein diet... this includes chicken and lean meats for lunch and dinner
make sure you get vegetables and fruits in
drink only water... nothing else... skim milk is ok in the morning and if you must, a glass of orange juice
thats the diet part... but if you really wanna shed the pounds quick...
RUN. DONT STOP RUNNING. and just when you think youre done RUN SOME MORE. the fat will peel off if you do it consistently every day and rest every now and then... but make sure you eat correctly

You don't want to lose too much weight too fast, but the best way to lose weight is to eat a health diet and do something cardio for atleast 30 minutes straight.

Regular exercise and a healthy diet will help you get to an appropriate weight over time. You shouldn't expect it to happen without 15 days but over time.

running around and jogging is great and healthy. crounches tightens the stomache and keeps it flat and chin ups too, makes your legs stronger but leaner. be sure to limit your calorie intake and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER EVERY DAY!! 6 to 8 glasses. If you can, cartwheels actually streches out your body and makes you leaner and the more active you are, the faster you'll burn calories. Dance too. Cardio and even cardio kickboxing. If you cant go outside, a treadmill is great. Good luck!!
Sk8er punk YOU ARE WRONG!! CUTTING OUT MEAT AND CHEESE IS AWFUL. CHOLESTROL IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IF YOU EVER GO BACK TO EATING JUNK, YOUR METABOLISM GETS INCREDABLY SLOW. VERY BAD!! VEGETARIAN IS NOT A GOOD OPTION, AND VEGAN IS THE WORST.
KEEP A WELL BALANCED MEAL. CUTTING OUT FOOD GROUPS WILL ONLY MAKE THE DIETING PROCESS HARDER. TRUST ME, I KNOW.

If all you care about is the weight, than just diet. You don't need to exercise to lose weight, it's just better for you..

i've lost 6 kilograms in 2 weeks by not eating meat, eggs, cheese, peanuts, nothing that contains colesterol, just yougurt (muslli), milk, green tea, no chocollate or any other excitable and i've made daily excercises, running, home exercises, stretching and it's very good and u'll feeel great after this, your sexual performance will grow and u'll feel like a Ferrari :)) lol:P just kiddin....good luck with those things

drink lots of water, your body retains a lot of water, and when you excersize your body wants water, if you don't drink any, ur body will want to hold onto it, cause it thinks you're gonna dehydrate. drink water. water weight is always the first to go. cut out salt. salt retains water. and excersize...

if your going to diet please don't even think of dieting the unhealthy way unless you want to gain all that wait back in like 4 to 5 years.
