In Australia, there are many slang terms for alcohol, but I don't drink... I'll list as many as I can think of, though:

Booze
Pi$s
Grog
Plonk
Vino - specifically wine
Turps - as in 'have a night on the turps'
Stubbies - specificially beer in short bottles
Tinnies - specifically beer in cans
Longnecks - specifically tall bottles
Amber - beer
Pot - medium glass of beer in Victoria and Queensland
Middy - medium glass of beer in New South Wales
Schooner - larger glass of been in New South Wales
Goon bag - cask wine
Goon/goom - methylated spirits
Bundy - Bundaberg Rum
Jimmy - Jim Beam
Champers - champagne/parkling white wine
