No. A hickey is like a bruise...only time can make it go away. A bruise is blood that has leaked into the tissues and it has to be absorbed. Now you can speed the absorption buy applying some heat a few times a day but, in the end, it will require time.
You can cover it with a makeup called dermablend which is designed to cover birthmarks. It is pricey but hides even the most severe of birthmarks (port wine stain) so will easily cover a bruise.

I don't think that toothpaste works on a hickey, so time to pull out the turtlenecks and scarfs

It never made any sense why some people choose to suck on the neck when there are so many other better spots to give attention to. (sigh)
Get some makeup to cover it up. Tell someone you ran into a filing cabinet or some other lame excuse. Wear a pair of earrings with a CD hanging from each one. (if you can't fool em, dazzle and distract em)

There isn't a good way to get rid of a hickey.
Either be careful when in the heat of the moment OR put makeup on it.
You could wear a scarf too, but it's so obvious in the summer.

no, that would only cover it up. to get rid of it put a warm cloth on it and that will open the blood vessels and the hickey will disappear.
