Vitamin E, plenty of water, and quit smoking if you do. The E is good for circulation, the water will help with the cramps, the smoking is obvious.

How much do you excercise? How much zinc do you take? What kind of food do you eat? How much water do you drink? How much stress are you under? Get the concept?
First off, see a doctor, this may help. They will give you something like viagra. No good though. Look at your life. Are you healthy? If you are, viagra helps, if not, get there. Excercise will help you maintain an erection. Why, because it increases the blood flow. Do you smoke? If so, quit. It's bad for you health. That causes you a soft erection. Not only that, it will kill you.
Gotta remember, your heart right, that pumps blood to all you muscles. If your heart is working to hard, then it will pump the blood to the most needed areas, i.e. the lungs, legs, arms, larger muscle groups, not the penis.
After writing this, telling by your question, you need more excercise, a better diet, and no soda pop, or cigs, or alcohol. Got it, good, now go and run, do some excercises to increase blood flow.

If as you say your penis stays hard "for hours" during foreplay then there is nothing physically wrong . remember the penis only goes erect when the blood flows into it through sexual arousal , and at some stage the blood will want to return to a normal state . If you have to withdraw during the first penetration then just continue foreplay as part of your normal lovemaking . There is no set limit to how often you will penetrate before orgasm . You are probably now also getting over concerned that your penis is losing its hardness but if you can stay hard for the length of time you say then you should not worry and you girlfriend should be satisfied at the amount of time you spend on foreplay as this is where many guys fail She can also stimulate you between penetration which should lead to higher arousal and even more fun for both of you So just continue as you are doing , most guys will reduce to at least semi hard during long lovemaking session Have fun.

Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. To solve the erectile dysfunction i suggest to check this natural method https://tr.im/4Tev5 .
Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health problems can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Sometimes a combination of physical and psychological issues causes erectile dysfunction. For instance, a minor physical problem that slows your sexual response may cause anxiety about maintaining an erection. The resulting anxiety can lead to or worsen erectile dysfunction.

The leg cramps you have are a good clue that you have a pinched nerve in your spine or a disc compression problem that can affect your ability to get or keep a full erection. A GOOD chiropractor can help you out.
