This is a generalized question... all answers are accepted. What is the most basic problem with the world today?

What's wrong with the world today is: MEN.
They think they own everything so they
have the right to do what ever they want with it. They think that if they can't have such or such girl, noone will so they kill her. They rape and kill the kids, wives in our communities, they steal, they fight, drug up, boose up, create war and chaos... It's not the women who do that... Just watch cops and AMW on Saturday and you'll see... If I could invent a lethal virus that would attack solely the Y chromosome... ummmmmm... Freedom.

To answer your science question. Well since when did we "need" science or anything to creat somthing. Your blinded. What did the so called cave men do or the first people on earth did they have science. Basic problem is that people give in everyone else and don't think for themselves.Go with the flow never think to try and figure things out like we think where to stupid to get out of the norm and find out the truth. whos rule are we under anyhow.

Let's see, where to start? Well, people are paying too much attention to trivial things like the lives of celebrities when they should be paying attention to current events and politics, people should be questioning everything and not accepting everything as facts, schools need to improve and issues regarding poverty and third-world countries and such should be taught so that so many teenagers aren't so oblivious as to what's going on, agencies to watch over victims of child abuse need to improve, people need to stop being so self-centered and arrogant about their religions so that there would be no more wars, people should encourage pedophiles to come out more and admit their obsessions before causing some serious damages, Bush has to go, people have to stop with all this racism and I'm-better-than-you ideas, there needs to be stricter gun laws, people need to stop being so ignorant towards global warming, child trafficking has to end, people need to recognize that Vietnam veterans were NOT "baby killers," etc. But most of all, people need to stop running, breathe, and think for a second. People need to start educating themselves about what's going on, share their ideas, and come up with solutions together each and every day, so that each day, another problem is resolved, and we are all that much closer to peace.

There are still too many naive people in the world who get taken for a ride by stinkers! It's not fair..I miss my naivetee..as it erodes day by day!

That, in this supposedly highly educated world, there's way too much bigotry still!

Commitments..isn't that the name of a movie? They used to be a fact of life..now they're a rare virtue!

Instinctive protection & help..I've been sensured for stepping between 2 big men fighting, & breaking it up. I've been castigated for leaping out of a moving vehicle to help someone being beaten & kicked. I've been told off for cleaning up & taking care of someone who's bleeding.
Bollocks to all those who tell me I should think of my own safety first..what HUMAN has time to think in situations like these?

Get it together people! Dump the video camera's, forget the $$$ selling the footage to the TV networks & trash-mags..let's get back to the basics of caring for each other..no strings attached!

Ignorrance and predjuice....why u think ppl are bashing everyone for their race, religion and sexual orientation... because ppl can't keep an open mind. They forgot what it is to respect each other as human beings. Instead some fool has to open his mouth, voice his opinion and see how many ppl are blinded to join him on the band wagon. We get into so many ppl's personal business that we can't even deal what we need to deal with...war, poverty, AIDS...so many other things we deal to address then who's gay, what church is right blah blah blah...
Sad that world is getting into personal business then what is really going on...but then again they know it's easier and less work to violate a person's private life then dealing with the larger issues..

I think it ultimatley comes down to sin. People are swimming in it and are ignorant...willlingly...*looks up scripture*...2 Peter 3:3

I think the end times, if not already here, are coming very soon. There is so much sin and hate in this world right now, that I believe the conditions are optimal for the Anti-Christ to rise to power. I think it all just comes down to sin and ignorance.

The biggest thing wrong with the world today is selfishness. People who have, don't wish to share, unless of course, you do exactly what they say. example. your kids are starving, some group comes with food and says sure, we'll feed you! ----BUT FIRST--- You have to promise to let us tell you and your kids what they are allowed to believe, and how they are to worship God.
