Umm, you should probably eat healthily as well. If you workout for about half an hour or forty-five minutes and eat right, you should be successful. Good luck! : )

you should be able to, if you eat a good diet. the song offers a good chance to get cardiovascular exercise, so dancing to the song 2 times a day would be just like running on the treadmill, but more fun

well dancing for at least 20 minutes if you are really doing it,,can burn up untill 10 cal,,you count!! i think you have to do some healthy diet aswell...good luck!

You might, but don't over do it. Keeping to a good diet, and lots of exercize is the best way to go. It's good that you pick to do this to music, especially something like that. Do some weight lifting, and that will really work your belly.
