defineately dont eat pate as it is proven to cause birth defects also steer clear of shell fish,
undercooked meat - especially chicken
runny eggs - hard cooked are ok
and foods containing alot of vitamin A
but just eat alot of freash stuff and a good variety if u can
Your sense of smell is heightened alot during pregnancy so that u can smell off food, so smell everything before u eat it!

Go see the Dr. In the mean time avoid anything unpasturized, like specialty cheeses. I was told to avoid lunch meat and the like due to lysteria.

Liver and other offal (too much vitamin A)
Soft cheese
Undercooked eggs and meat
Unpasturised milk and milk products
Pre-washed salads (wash them again yourself before eating)
Some fish (organic fish is okay)
Home made mayonnaise
Caffeine (tea, coffee and soda)
