I've never heard of Peedy, but BonziBuddy is spyware. I do not recommend installing that on your computer.
If you're still serious about getting Bonzi, then I believe it's packaged with Kazaa and you can get it that way.

just search for a site that says "let me put spyware and adware on your site, and mess up your computer", and you find them there
