Maybe if other people says you're ugly, they're doing wrong because you can't judge a people's beauty just by looking on his/her outside appearance but by looking at the person's inside beauty like the way he/she is. Or her manner or value or virtues that he/she has.
Well, just be confident and contented of what you are and what you have.

Ignore what everyone else is saying! The outside doesnt matter, its the inside that counts. I think you are beautiful inside and out. You have a high self esteem of yourself. You think that you are beautiful, you are beautiful. You seem like a great person too.

Inner beauty is what counts...
Although, I think you should wear a different color eye shadow. I think a bronze or gold would be more flattering. It would work better with your lipstick too.
