the third piece is the unified field theory and it is important because it can unify general relativity and quantum mechanics.

it's importance differs in various situations as it will contain all the equations science has prepared till now to explain every single part of science.

Unifing theory is the superstring theory or just string theory that is quite compatible with all the phenomena seen so far. And you ask what's all this buzz about unifying it?! It is very important to the world of science and even to any person alive and to come in the future. If there is a theory of unification, then we can understand better our universe and apply our skills to created better things such as machines that can pinpoint the location of an electron and remove it, etc etc.

The Third and unifying theory is at this time believed to be the Pico Graviton theory which accounts for the effects of gravity by guaging and calculating the atomic decay as well as the effects of radiation in various forms on matter.
