Spammers send out 'job opportunities' by the hundreds of thousands to harvested or purchased addresses. It's just more spam. In all likelihood, the 'job offer' is most likely an mlm or other online/pyramid scheme, and you most likely will be asked to pay for something or offer up personal information.
