NO YOU DO NOT. Just make sure both frogs are sexually mature. if they are then you can breed them. I know they don`t need to be the same age because i once owned frogs and i also used my common since. If they needed to be the same age, then there would be a lot less frogs in the wild, because it would be dificult for a wild frog to fing a mate the same age and how would they even know?? they just need to be the same spiecies and sexuallymature.

I don't think so. I think they will mate at different ages.
