Very often, indifference is a most potent weapon. Ignore this bully without making a big show of it, casually as it were. At the same time, whether or not this bully is your senior, see that you are perfect in your job and that you do your work efficiently. This will make his/her act of bullying look evidently an act of interference and a deliberate attempt to disturb and annoy you without any provocation from you. Your colleagues are bound to notice this bully's meddling with you, and they will sooner or later learn the truth and, most probably, some of them will intervene on your behalf.
Especially because you say you are not a mean person, you should not attempt anything silly or vengeful, for this is likely to aggravate his/her behaviour and, more important, lead to your breaking your own good principle of staying balanced and nice and never get mean. If you can bring yourself to perform a good deed towards this bully, quite naturally and in the normal course of work, you will have succeeded in showing him for what he is in his own eyes and also showing him that you repay wilful harm by being kind and nice, and not being retaliatory.

Stand up for yourself! Dont tolerate peoples ****. If there is something/someone that is bothering you. Then bring it up to a higher athority. It may make you look like a tattle tale. But this is a job not elementary school. Your not there to be buddy buddy with everyone. Oh and realize that no matter what everyone is trying to get ahead, so dont let them use their bullying to hold you back. Like i said stand up for yourself. Bulling back is not the answer. You are just stooping to their level.

You don't! That only puts you on their level, and you're above that! Besides, IF you DID do something, it would either backfire or get you into trouble - it's Murphy's law!
