i need help applying these icons to my computer?

i am trying to change all the icons on my computer which is a windows xp, i found this site... http://www.osx-e.com/downloads/icons/

and it lets me download all these Mac icons but i have no idea how to apply it and make all the icons on my computer change

let me say this, i am not looking to just change a few different icons to make them look like a mac, i want to change everything, so i need a quick and easy way to do that besides going and changing each file one at a time, i want them all to change at once

sorry i didnt mention this before, but i wanted to know if i could put all the icons on my computer at once without having to pay for anything, cause i already got the icons, i just need a way of applying them to the rest of the computer but i dont want to buy or pay for anything

for this you need to look for some mac themes for ms windows xp. you download those themes and just apply themes by one click and everything will be changed
