yes you can It is recommended. If you nurse separately you will always be nursing someone.
I nursed my twins at the same time. Be sure to buy a twins nursing pillow. It is really wide so the babies can rest on it without you having to hold them. This way you can use your hands to help the babies latch on. ask your doctor.
