Is there a phone number here in Thailand? or an e-mail - or any way of contacting a human being at Symantec?

I would like to add, make sure you have either a purchase confirmation number given to you at the time of purchase, credit card or bank statement you can provide as evidence of purchase.

Its unfortunate that Symantec has not acknowledged your payment for NAV.Do call up Thailand CustomerCare @0018 006 121 075 .If your unable to reach anybody visit www.symantec.com and lodge a complaint .

When you pay for it they send you a confirmation number but your english is very good you can do it via e-mail or even call the U.S

find the receipt,credit card statement or bank statement depending on how u paid 4 it
