...if you actually believe that that works, you really need to get off the internet. >.> It's a bunch of crap. It's called a spam message. There is nothing being tracked and no money to be had. If you send it to those more familiar with such scams, they will laugh their heads off.

Maybe not.
Delete it and don't forward it, even back to him. It is true than MS is really tracking that mail and it's creator, best delete i for no trouble.
