If you have a real business and are actually spending money on advertising, inventory, or any business-related expenditures, then why not spend some money on a real website and quality hosting. You can go to Godaddy.com and get a website, free of silly ads, and actual customer support for less per month than what many people spend on a latte every day.
There are many reasons why paying $4.00/month for hosting is welll worth it. But I don't want to sound too patronizing...

Buy Dreamweaver and build it yourself. In other words, you get what you pay for. You pay nothing, you get nothing.
There are sites that offer pre-made templates for $50-100 and that is really cheap. Then you just have to fill them in with your text and pictures. You will have to learn a bit if you want a website for cheap.
Search the web for: "free website templates" or just "website templates"

u want a free host or do u want to make a free website?
if it can be simple and such, find a free host and just use frontpage, they also have templates in frontpage, though i think frontpage sucks, u should learn some html and get dreamweaver or something.
you can also use geocities.
freewebs.com is good, i know some others but i can't remember them right now sorry.
i think some of the good ones are bravehost, and... err i can't remember sorry.

You can create a free site using Geocities, Tripod, etc. But it won't really look professional. If the goal is to advertise your company, you should hire professional web designers.

You should Google "free website" and pick the free service of choice. Tripod is a good one and so is Angelfire. Angelfire does a good job of listing sites in search engines. I might would try them first.

you can either pay someone to design it for you or design it yourself - you can get free templates at http://www.oswd.org/ -
then you must buy a domain name : for example >>>>> name.com
after that you should host the site at any hosting company .... I recommend phpnet.us
