I would like to know how to get addresses for marketing. Specifically how to get local addresses. I know that there are websites that sell 1,000's of addresses to you, but can you get local addresses from anyone? I would like to get ones that actually work. We are trying to market our products and really don't know where to start. Thanks for the help.

Easiest way to get local addresses? Believe it or not, your local post office.

One of the revenue streams for the USPS is the sale of mailing lists... Since many of the list brokers out there simply purchase these lists from the post office and resell them to you, you will actually save money by buying directly from the source.

Hope this helps!

Use the phone book, or go to the library and ask to use the reverse directory. The reverse directory lists all the addresses and phone numbers on a given street.

Try your local chamber of commerce.
