Three years before: Kakashi would win because when Naruto was still 12, he couldn't beat Kakashi, so he wouldn't improve a lot, after all, he's still a Jonin. But there might be a possible way for him to win, with Kyuubi chakra that is. If only he could completely master it.
Three years after: Naruto would definitely beat Kakashi. First of all, he has matured and he learned a lot of super techniques from Jiraiya. His level seems more like higher than a average Jonin, and that's like Kakashi's level. I would say they would be the same level when Naruto's 15, but Kyuubi chakra no matter what, would surpass Sharingan. But that's just my opinion though. ^ _____ ^

Kakashi would win easily. In the current chapter 311 Kakashi tells naruto that he will begin training with him in which naruto will surpass him. Therefore at the moment in both the anime and manga kakashi is way stronger.

Kakashi. Kakashi is a Jounin with years of training and experience. Heck, when he was Naruto's age he was already a Jounin!! Naruto has determination and a crapload of chakra but that doesn't win battles. The only Genin that can beat Kakashi is Gaara.

Alone, kakashi with that eye thing could copy all his moves and would win, unless the nine tailed fox controlled naruto, then they would wear kakashi down heaps and kill him.

i would say Kakashi b/c Naruto has done the same the moves over and over again...i doubt Naruto would win...

i dont know..but i would like naruto to win..
and i would like to see naruto and kakashi fight!
however..i would like to see the season 4 of naruto..
and then so on..they always cut it here :(

according to the newest manhua, kakashi is going to teach naruto a new move that will make naruto stronger than kakashi

i think kakashi would almost win! but then the nine tailed fox would come out when naruto gets mad/determined and beat kakashi down! poor kakashi... i love him so.
