Yes, I often call yellow "pink", even though I can see yellow and pink as two completely different colours and I know which is which. My mum says I've always done it, since I first learnt the names of the colours.

YEah sort of! I've actually thought there's a possibility we all see colours differently, but because we were born seeing them that way, we call them the same names. i.e. what might look red for someone else might look blue for another, but they may all together call it green, coz that is how they were born seeing green! Just a thought hahahah!

Depending on the shade I call some greens blue and vice-versa.

Yes, according to my wife I i say blue when it is green and red when it is dark pink.
