The term "Californication" means sucking the meaning out of things so that they seem trite and pointless. To "Californicate" something is to make it seem like it came out of Hollywood, to put a kind of stamp on it that deprives it of its real importance.
Think about the last California governor's race, for example, who won it and why. Arnie won, but not because he had a real vision for the state, but simply because he was the most famous candidate. He was a movie star. Arnie put politics through the process of "Californication." He turned it into a show, whose outcome was known ahead of time.
The Chili's song is lamenting the fact that everything in modern life is being put through Californication. The film United 93 did it to September 11th. The Da Vinci Code did it to Christianity. Things no longer have meaning. It's understood that Hollywood sells Californication.

if the California reference is not what you were after, you may have coined a word meaning "creating beautiful sounds".
Unfortunately it is not a real English word (yet?)
In Greek they had a word kalliphonia "beauty of sound" and if we Anglicise the spelling we get califonia.
