It is a term used to describe a work of short fiction that evolved from the older form of the tale in the Romantic period. Edgar Allan Poe, in his review of Hawthorne's Twice-Told Tales in Graham's Magazine (1842) set forth the principles of the short story: it must be short enough to read at one sitting; it must have a unified plot about a single protagonist; and it mus aim at producing a single effect. ...

Biography (from the Greek words bios meaning life, and graphein meaning write) is a genre of literature and other forms of media like film, based on the written accounts of individual lives. While a biography may focus on a subject of fiction or non-fiction, the term is usually in reference to non-fiction. Thursday 23 May 2013 The Origin of the Concept of GOD, ISHWAR and the like As of present, man knows about 12 fundamental particles of matter and 4 fundamental physical forces. Actually these 12 fundamental particles of matter are covered in the 4 fundamental forces. The observable Universe is a Sum Total Effect of what we know and what we do not know yet, about the Universe. The Universe we see and experience is a result of the interaction of Energy and Matter. The four fundamental physical forces and forces not discovered yet, is a bundle of Energy, and the elementary particles (atoms and molecules) are part of the bundle of Matter. It is beyond the limits of human brain to conceive the origin and source of this Energy and Matter. No “Event” can happen in this Universe without a “Cause” and without the involvement of some “Energy”. Since the formation of this Universe is an “event”, there MUST be a “Cause” and involvement of “Energy”. Great thinkers of the past ( GTPs) correctly comprehended this FACT. They labeled this CAUSE as GOD, ISHWAR, KHUDA and the like. The GTPs may be unaware of the details of the fundamental forces, they personified this cause in a human form as GOD that can be comprehended by the human brain.
