I thought that NAMBLA (North American Man-Boy Love Association) was just something made up by South Park, but I just googled it, and I think there might be a real NAMBLA out there. Please tell me I'm a naive idiot and that these sites are just fake.

Unfortunately not. Just like catholic priests and the Children Of God christian cult, there are organized groups that advocate and practice pedophilia.
Earlier this month, a group in Holland tried to achieve legitimate status as a political party with lowering the age of consent as a plank in their platform. To no surprise, their application was rejected.

God that's scary isn't it. But usually South Park, although I have never watched it, is pretty up on that sort of thing. And as you say, you got a hit, on Google.

Sorry but they do exist. There are pervs out there who associate together in the molesting of boys. Most of them are predators who kidnapp kids.
