You can never quantify love. Realistically, sometimes one person loves the other more and other less but it does not necessarily mean that the relationship is not going to work.
For example, you might love your bf more (if that's the way you feel), it doesn't mean to say that he doesn't love you. He may love you and want to marry you...it's just that you are more affectionate/expressive. or your love for him is really really great.
What if he doesn't love you as much as you love him? It doesn't mean to say that he doesn't love you enough to marry you. You get what I mean?
Love is love. Why measure it? If you both love each other and would be willing to spend the rest of your days together, it doesn't really matter who love whom more or less.
