go to the grocery store, buy 10 more just like it, and then take them all to a homeless person's shelter.

buy a loaf of wheat or multi-grain bread, a jar of low-fat mayo, and make cucumber sandwiches, and take them to a battered women's shelter.

Wash it off, peel it, slice in thin slices, put into a bowl, add some red onion slices (sliced thin). Then add some sour cream, salt & pepper, mix well..goes good with a nice pot roast, and mashed potatoes, and gravy..enjoy..

anyway,like,put it in a salad with tomatos,spinach,your favorite meat,olives,strawberries,and extra virgin olive oil,cold pressed,with red wine vinegar.i always mix my vegetables and fruit together.i love it like that.hunni,i just love that name.
