How do you install that ActiveX control bar?

In XP, on the top of the browser, there will be a dialog saying, 'Do you want to install ActiveX control on this site?' Then, you can at least click on it ad activate, but make sure it's safe.

Just click on it, and click install. Only install it, for a program, that you know is safe, like if you are downloading new software..etc..
