Here in Fl. I have great luck with them and don't want to loose them. Can I use my empty 55 gal fishtank with grow lights to keep them alive during the cold months in Va.?

Thanks to Johnb693 I checked out Google, purchased a program on orchids and now I have so much information I should never have to worry about my orchids ever again. Thanks for your answer

That sounds like a plan, it's either that or a hot house.
Why don't you Google, Orchids, there has to be a fount of information on line about them. Be a pity to lose all those plants.

Oh I'll tell you a few options I had a couple of orchids in Central Ohio and they bloomed non-stop.. Just make sure there is water atleast now and then everyother day undernegth them, like in a plate with stones near light, Or bathroom works, or even in a little green house inside or outside for moture... Mine did fine indoors all year round.. siting on a plate with water under it... thats it..GOOD LUCK!!!
