What can I do? Everytime I try to sign on msn, yahoo, it keeps booting saying that it has to close?

Try uninstalling, then re-installing each of them. I'd start with IE. You could also try 'repairing' IE in the Control Panel, click on Add/Remove Programs, and find Microsoft Internet Explorer, and click on it, then click on Remove, you should get an option to Repair, do that option, then reboot.
