I experienced gestational diabetes with my last child. The thing I remember the most was the light headedness when I needed to eat and the dizzy, light headed feeling and weakness after eating. It started very suddenly for me and I was diagnosed in about my 4th month. For the remainder of my pregnancy, I was on insulin and had to monitor my blood sugar very carefully, as well as watch my diet. It paid off with a beautiful, healthy 8 lb baby boy and no complications during the delivery. So hang in there and follow your doctor's orders. My son graduated from high school this year, so I'm sure that in 18 years, medical science has improved and you and your baby will be fine.

My first question would be how far along are you? When I was pregnant, I had to fix two meals. The first one would come right back up, but if I ate again right after it would stay down. I found this out after lots of experimenting and losing 10 pounds. I also could not eat meat while pregnant. Going to the doctor to be screened is an excellent idea. In the meantime, keep a food diary. You may find that you have a trigger food that makes you nauseated. Beef, pork and sandwich meat were my triggers.

It is possible. I have 4 kids. My youngest is 11 months, and i stayed sick with him through my whole pregnancy. They put me on bed rest, because i had high blood pressure through the last 6 months, and it was terrible. They ended up taking the baby 3 weeks early, because of concerns that something may happen during delivery. Every pregnancy is different. Good Luck, and congrats on your pregnancy!!!!!!!!

I had that with my second child. It was a version of morning sickness. My doc gave me a pill to stop that so I could eat. If I were you I would tell the doc on monday, just cause she knows you and your health history better then us, and can rule out anything we don't know about, but between now and then, I would not let it bother me to much. Just eat small frequent meals till monday.
Good luck and congrats

All pregnancies are different. Many women who never had any morning sickness or problems with first and second babies, have terrible sickness or problems, or even a little, with second and third babies.

i guess there's some problems involved.
