yeah i know what it is supposed to be used for by others. my question was "how do YOU use that information?"

Only time I have ever used that information was to show my friend I was smarter than her by 1 point. LMAO

Tickle.com has a IQ test that pegged me at 164.. but I don't put much weight on it..
I am more inclined to believe a military test I took several years ago that was to guage my compatibility in an occupation concerning statistical reasoning ability.. was at 156 on that one..
I tend to be introverted and hide my true intelligence. I find people are sometimes intimidated by someone that understands what they are saying and the meanings within TOO well. It is a balancing act.
I don't act stupid and preted to be an idiot for the sake of being normal or some kind of mental equal to them. But when the situation arises and my opinion is asked for I find that occasionally I have to explain most things in simpler terms.
It might also be worth it to mention that I am bipolar.. my mind works somewhat differently than what most would consider normal. I have times when I can't concentrate enough to tie my shoes :)

IQ information is typically used for evaluation purposes.

I have always scored high on aptitude / IQ tests.....
but I have always performed low in real life....
missing a couple of ingredients it seems.....
IQ isn't everything.
but, to answer your question ...yes....120-140

Mine is 133. I use it for....well.....nothing. I guess its good to know where I rank amongst the average person though!
