My wife have been separated for almost five months. She managed to drag my name through the mud, making me look like an Ike Turner personality. That brought a lot of unwanted attention from authorites and my commanders (I'm in the military). The only time I'm allowed near her is when visiting my son. For the past two visits, my wife has remarked how she misses certain aspects of our marriage, mainly sex. She stated how she would like to do certain things to me. I thought to myself, "Why would a woman who is deathly afraid (and accuse me of marital rape) say that she would like to have sex with me after the divorce is finalized?" If I'm so dangerous why does she still fantasize about me? If you're afraid of someone, the last thing you would want to do is **** them. I wish there was a way to use this information. Would this info have any bearing whatsoever?

I have no interest in ever being back together or being in her life. I just want to clear my name.

Hell yes it would have some bearing. You need to get a recorder, and record her the next time you go over there.... then you will have proof that she is lying about you. And you should be able to use it in court. Good luck.

Get that recorded! Next time carry a voice recorder and make sure you catch her saying things like that. Because you're right, women afraid of a guy for marital rape certainly wouldnt want to F*** him. Maybe it will help clear your name, or at least cut down on how much comes out of your pocket during the divorce.

But really, do NOT take her up on the offer.

From a woman's viewpoint, I would stay away from her as much as possible. She is probably now wishing she had not done the things she has done, but she could cause you a lot more trouble. Do not accept her invitations and tell her you are there to see your son and not carry on with her. For your sake leave it alone.

Bring this up to a lawyer and see what they advise that you do. Have you ever hit or verbally abused her in any way? Maybe she is just lonely and misses you. She still may love you but fear can be very real. This also may be a set up too.

Cut your losses and get this woman out of your life as soon as possible. Too bad you have a child together. I'm sure your son is confused as hell.

No, it doesn't. I can't tell who is in the wrong with only your point of view, but you two need to stay away from each other as much as possible unless it pertains to your son.

I agree with the other answerer's. Record her conversations, but you better ask a lawyer for the right way to do so.
