Guys, guys, guys, can I get a reasonable, straight, common sense answer from someone with a shread of inteligence? I am an AMERICAN CITIZEN! American Citizens sometimes study and work outside the USA! I have an Airframe & Powerplant License. I want to obtain my FCC License. For those of you who are answering this question who are NOT aviation trained, an FCC License IS NOT a Pilots License. I just want to know if I can go through an accredited college or university online while I am outside the USA to obtain the FCC License. I am not a terrorist! My name is not Mohammed Al Anthing! Please can someone give me a good answer?

Under the new statutes set up by Homeland Security, I really doubt it. And really hope not.
