No. Abortion is right or wrong for a particular person under particular circumstances. Some people believe that abortion is always wrong, and they certainly are allowed to believe so. But for most people, abortion is wrong sometimes, although the details vary.

Personally, I am anti-abortion. I am also pro-choice. I think it's terrible that so many women are having so many abortions. There is a huge loss of potential life (which is what a fetus is), and it's not healthy for the women involved. But I believe that they have the right to choose. As for the answer that says that God sanctions rape (floppy), I think that's just *sick*!! I am glad I'm not a believer in your religion!!!

I don't believe in imposing my opinions on others, nor do I want the responsibility for making decisions for anybody else. Honestly, I have enough going on in my *own* life. I don't need to start running everyone else's!!

Recently, I went online to see the statistics regarding abortion in the U.S. I was shocked to find a good percentage of women over 40 had abortions (late in life pregnancies..."little surprises"). This had to do with women thinking because they are going through the beginnings of menopause, they can't get pregnant, which is not true, obviously.

There are a number of women that are young and others that have medical problems or there is something wrong with the baby. Then there are those incested or raped.

So, as you can see, there are different reasons why women have abortions.

Now, is it right or wrong? It depends on the reason. If someone is raped or incested, I believe it is not wrong to have an abortion. If someone is using abortion as their birth control method, yes, it is wrong. Everything imbetween falls into that "gray area" where I am glad I am not the one making the decision.

It's not my choice whether somebody else gets an abortion or not , but i think it is wrong. If you abort a baby then you are killing an innocent living thing that will never get a chance to live. If your mother would abort you and you never had a chance to get a peek of the outside world , you would never be born. Now if you have a girlfriend that is thinking about aborting tell her that she needs to keep the baby so it has a chance to live , and there is another choice ... putting it up for adoption. Giving up a child is hard , but at least it would have a chance to live. Well I'm not gonna preach 2 u anymore abpout why abortion is wrong , but hear me out , putting it up for adoption is a hard but it is better for the (or a) child.

In my opinion, abortion is always wrong. The woman had her freedom of choice, when she conceived. She chose to take the risk, so now let that innocent new baby live, so he/she can grow up & make their own choices. A few very famous people have even been the outcome of a rape. Adoption is always the best alternative, if raising the child is not. Our only child was adopted at 2 days old. I'm ever so thankful that her birth mother did not choose abortion.

abortion is very, very wrong in any manner!! Whether it be by rape or consensual sex. God has a purpose for each and every child he brings into this world. And for us to even dare kill that child, i feel sorry for that person on judgment day! Someone earlier said that the government have on right telling a woman what to do, WELL i say that woman has no right not giving that BABY a choice to live!! It was not that baby's fault, it didn't ask to be born. So take some responsibility and either raise it or give to a family who can't have kids.

I feel very strongly on this subject. It would depend on the reason for the abortion. Was it insest? rape? Is there something wrong with the pregnancy that is endangering the life of the mother? Is abortion being used as birth control? This is not a question that can be just answered yes or no. There are too many factors involved.

I do not believe in abortion, since there are many many many ways to avoid becoming pregnant. Who knows what is right or wrong anymore this day in age. I just think to many women are using abortion as a form of birth control.

Abortion is always ok.....without any permssion from anybody. The Republicans have no right telling a woman what to do.
Republicans should be forced to take in all the black babies that are born and raised by rich white folks. They would change their mind real fast.

Abortion is a personal choice...HOWEVER...that does not mean that I have to agree with it.

As soon as that little heart starts to beat it is a person. I do not agree with murder. Every child has the right to experience life and I am not one to decide that they do not.

I do not judge others that have an abortion...however it is not a choice I would EVER make.

I'm a mom and I'm pro-choice. I don't know if abortion is "right or wrong", but I believe women should be given the freedom to decide whether to have one or not.
