yea i have seen people with a regular shirt over a collar shirt and it doesnt look bad. if you ask me, go with what you think looks good, not what others think

Unless that's a cashmere shirt you got there or a cute fitted v-neck sweater...I'd stay away from that look.
It can be very easy to come off looking bulky if you don't have the proper sizes or patterns.

yes u can it doesn't look bad but i would just stick with a polo or something but its up to u. maybe if u mixed and matched a bit who knos u could create ur own style
