Not likely since the hand is not an ideal environment for fertilization. Even though it takes only one sperm to fertilize the egg, other sperm are required for its survival and implantation.

If done in a lab but you cant do that on your own because sperm die when they hit air. But yes in a lab you can some people use this when they cant make it work any other way.

probably not because the sperm has to be a certain temperature or they die. i think conception has to be held at a certain temperature to happen.
