When did they start including....?

when did the lyrics to songs start being included with the music you buy? (ie the booklets that come in the jewel cases) I know that some cassette tapes had lyrics with them (I guess still do) but when did this start?

They've been around since records my mom has many of them that have lyrics on them!!

So since the 60's maybe!!

They were doing that way back with vinyl as well.
