what kind of bugs are you speaking of? you might have alergic conjuncitivitis in witch case stop wearing or change your contact solution, or you might have pink eye in witch case you need to go to a doc and get some eye drops to make it go away, if you are just talking about eye buggers then just get a qtip and get em out, eyes are set on a spring so if you poke it a little its not going to hurt it, just look a different way so you dont poke the part of your eye that you see with.
