if you copied and paste it from some place else it might be incomplete

copy it into the address link place in your browser then delete everything behind the last "/" hit enter if that does not work delete everything behind the next "/" keep doing that until ou get to the .com

Because the address: www.geocities.com/se3xy_beth1/index.html
is not the actual address. Go back to your source and make sure every letter, number and symbol is correct.
