This needs to be reported to authorities! If not the police, then, at least the head of the community center. I'd give a name, description, address, whatever I knew about this person, so maybe he'd not be able to continue with these inappropriate actions.. it's a crime..! If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem! I know you will do the right thing.. may God bless you and your friend.
Don't try to videotape this goon..( as suggested earlier) you'd be putting yourself and others in real danger! Leave this to the authorities! It's their job!

She should tell her parents, why wouldn't they believe her? If a guy in his 30s is trying to pick up girls who are in their teens it isn't right. I think in most places the law says if shes 18, its ok. It doesn't make it right though. Maybe the parents should chech him out first in those cases where there is a large age difference and some question about it.

Look, as long as she doesn't see him again, she ok. But I would look at her way of dressing, if it a little, "reviling" I'd advise her to change her wardrobe, slightly. But cool it. I would also call the police. Tell your friend to report him. Every detail. How tall she thinks he might have been, skin color, the two girl, everything. That is totally illegal if she is under 18.

I think you should tell your parents. They will know what to do.
Your friend should not be so quick to judge her parents on this matter. She could have also told someone at the community center about this guy. She still can tell her parents or an adult at the center.

Get your friends to call the authorities and report him immediately. You never know how much danger those young girls are in right now. And I would suggest that you support your friend in telling her parents about the situation.
Be blessed.

My advise would be to have her tell anybody that could do something. Tell her parents, if they don't believe her, go to the police, if all else fails go to her pastor. Anybody who can do something is not a waste of time. I know from personal experience that its not worth it to wait to tell. Go to someone IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! If anything did happen and she hadn't told anybody, her life would never be the same.

Give her parents a chance and tell them, a pastor, teacher, police officer or anyone like this would be a good person to talk to.
Talk to your parents, just tell someone
