You can't cash two rebate checks legally anywhere.You'll be forced to pay one back if you are found out. I look at it this way though Snooze and you lose. That company should make their employee who made the error pay it.

IF your suposed to get two rebate checks for the one item you purchased than yes, but if it was a mistake and you are only eligable for one then no, call then and I'm sure they'll tell you what to do..

I would imagine you could as It would be the Dept.of Revenue's fault for issuing 2 rebate cheques.

Its perfectly ok to cash them both. If they tell you they made a mistake...go ahead and reimburse them for one...but there shouldn't be a problem. I doubt they'd bother.

Anywhere you go, (in America at least,) it's illegal. You're being paid twice for one offer. They may not press charges, though. They may not even try too hard to get it back.
Then again, they may put your *** in jail! And they will probably ding your credit account which will cost you lots more in the long run.
Don't do it.
