You can create an MSDOS start up disk through any computer that runs Windows XP. Just insert the floppy, right click on the A Drive in My Computer and select 'Create an MSDOS Start-up Disk'. If 3 copies of XP are having trouble installing on your computer, there may be something wrong with your hard drive. Again, if it's not hanging up in the middle of the install, you should get an error message which any computer tech should be able to point you in the right direction.

The only thing I'm aware of is to run computer in safe mode. I get a lot of help from web sites. If your P.C. is too messed up to browse, then go to a library, surf, find answers, print, most charge 0.10 or 0.25 per sheet.
Type in the search; P.C. diagnostic software.. that will get you started. Hope this is of some help.
