Have you tried using a device to tell you exactly when you are ovulating, instead of guessing you can know for sure? You can buy them in the test section at your local drug store.

This will sound strange but it works. I used to consult for infertility doctors and they agree with my methods but will not tell people because they would loose money. Getting pregnant is not hard if you or the father to be have no medical problems.
If you take Robitussin with the antihistamine and decongestant while you are trying to get pregnant..... you will get pregnant. What it does is dry up the cervical mucus so that the sperm can get up through the cervix to the uterus easier. Just like drying up your nose when you have a cold. It opens the path. This has worked many many times.
Then after you have had sex, with the sperm still in you, Put your legs up like you are doing a bicycle exercise.... way up over your head and leave it there for at least a half hour. Do not stand up afterward.... try not to go to pee..... Get those little buggers way up there.....
As far as symptoms go, everyone is different. The easiest way to tell the first sign of pregnancy is that your breasts become HARD. Not a swell, not tender. They are hard and they hurt. Also you are very verry tired. The other common signs come way later.... These (hard and tired) will happen right away. Relax.... have a glass of wine. Relaxed uterus will open easier and allow implantation sooner than a stressed uterus.
People can say that this is bunk but I have helped so many people get pregnant that this is a totally proven method.

Going to a doctor to see if either you or your spouse has a medical condition preventing the pregnancy is a good idea, if you have good insurance. If not, quit trying to conceive because that takes the fun out of doing the act, it becomes a chore and its very stressful on you when you find out your hard work didn't pay off. Most importantly, remember everything happens the way that it does for a reason, it just might not be the right time for you and your spouse, for reasons you may never know. Good luck!!

Please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will help you determine what is or isn't going on. Even if it isn't enough by itself to help you conceive, it will give you lots of helpful information that may save you time, money, and discomfort even if you do need medical help in getting pregnant. Knowing what is going on with your body will definitely give you an advantage in any situation, though.
You do *not* need to wake up at 4 in the morning!! In fact, doing so will probably make it harder for you to get pregnant--you'll be too tired for sex!! "Just stop trying" is also not good advice. You get what you try for, and you don't get what you don't try for!! Stressing out too much may make a difference (there's no research to support the fact), but it can't hurt to keep trying, and it will often help.
The first thing is to determine if and when you are ovulating. Women ovulate about 2 weeks (usually 12-16 days) before their *next* period. If you are not ovulating, then you are not going to be able to get pregnant. No egg, no pregnancy. Read the book above for details on determining when and if you are ovulating. Do *not* rely on an ovulation Web site; it is based on averages, not your body. Ovulation predictor kits may work, but there are a lot of ways they can go wrong, too.
If you are ovulating less than 12 days before your period, this could be the cause of infertility; the fertilized egg doesn't have enough time to get to the uterus and start implanting before your period starts. If it's less than 10 days, it's definitely too short. (This is called a "short luteal phase".)
If you don't have very wet cervical fluid just before ovulation, it may mean that the sperm can't make it to and through the cervix. This is the basis of the almost-correct information above. Cough syrups like Robitussin that have guafenesin (an expectorant) as an ingredient can thin out the cervical fluid. You do *not* want to take an antihistamine, as this would have the *opposite* effect (dry and thicken the cervical fluid) and make it *harder* to get pregnant. Read ingredient labels.
All of the above information is based on the book I recommended...

well there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

If you or your parnter havent been to a dr yet you should. Also you should first see if your ovulating so start using OPKs or temping to see if your ovulating, OPKs will tell you about when your going to ovulate but temping will tell you for sure if you are or not. Also if your lack of egg white cervical mucus you should try preseed which is a lub but will help increase your cervical mucus you need for the sperm to live. If you have done all of this best thing is both you and your parnter to get checked out. Good luck!

From the first day of your wife's period, hold off having sex for fifteen days. You abstain completely in this period also. On the sixteenth day make love once. Give a gap of three days and continue to do so until your wife's next period. Repeat this process for three months. If your wife gets pregnant and conceives a son name him Ali and if you get a daughter, name her Fatima if you are a Muslim. If Christian or Jewish, name the son Joshua or David and if you get a daughter, name her Mary or Miriam.
Lord willing your wife will get pregnant, if you do not have any physical disabilities. If you have physical disabilities, have them corrected medically and pray to the MOST HIGH.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

first things first the more you try the harder it gets. there's a lot of pressure. I saw on an Oprah show one day years ago that if you take one dose of Robitussin DM before having sex, it thins out all the mucous in the body and sometimes this is what is blocking the sperm from actually entering the cervix Worth a try., worked for me!
